You may close your uc7777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon account closure.
uc7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected; (c) KYC requirements cannot be satisfied; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) uc7777 determines it is necessary for the integrity of the Platform.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, uc7777 reserves the right to retain the full account balance as liquidated damages. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to breach, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC checks.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uc7777 is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal process described in Clause 13.1.
uc7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
